Refund and Returns Policy
We at NeatBlue value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with the services that we provide. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return or refund a product or service, and we are here to help you with that process.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the service that we have provided, you may be eligible for a return. To be eligible for a return, the service must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the service. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the service. Once we receive the service, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hi@neatblue.com.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange a service, you will need to return the unwanted service and place a new order for the service that you want.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
